This place used to be a popular fitness center before the apocalypse hit, but nowadays it is just a little-known abandoned building. After the apocalypse, the owners of this fitness center got up and left to find a better place to live and find careers that would benefit them in this new world. With the intention of never coming back to this lifestyle, they left all of their equipment behind and only took their money and whatever valuables they could carry. If one were to stumble upon this area, they probably wouldn't be surprised to find a selection of fitness equipment and large work-out machines that haven't been used in decades. Most of the good quality items would be good for makeshift weapons or parts. A clever mechanic could probably take apart a treadmill and salvage parts from it. If a weapon is needed, a dumb-bell could be taken from the racks and be used as a blunt object to hit their enemies with. Due to it not being a practical place, it hasn't gotten much attention from the government.
